Evacuating people who
cannot walk, with
two responders.
ERT teams and facilities services in offices, schools, hotels, public buildings and care buildings use the RescueBag to evacuate people who cannot get out by themselves. The S-2-S LIGHT and the fluid-resistant, cleanable S-2-S MEDICAL are operated by two ERT members. Compact, quick to deploy, no lifting.
No lifting.
No waiting.
Also for persons lying down
In hotels, boarding schools and other buildings, a person may be found lying down. The RescueBag is placed next to the person and two responders slide the person in without lifting.
Limited staffing
Outside office hours, ERT staffing is often small. The RescueBag lets two ERT members carry out an evacuation without waiting for extra people.
Hook-and-loop fastening
The RescueBag closes with hook-and-loop fasteners, buckles optional. The top section folds over the person.
No lifting
The S-2-S slide system removes the lift and so reduces the physical load on ERT members and facilities staff. Staff with less physical strength can also evacuate someone.
The problem · 03
Standard equipment
falls short.
In a fire or other emergency in an office, school, hotel or care building, standard evacuation equipment falls short. Evacuation chairs need the person to be able to sit. Stretchers and lifting aids need several people. And in an emergency, there is no time for complicated procedures.
The RescueBag solves this. You place the person in the bag, secure them with the hook-and-loop fasteners, then two responders move them across the slide surface, through corridors, down stairs and out to safety.
